	27. Dez. 2007 Hurra! Der I-Wurf ist da! Wir freuen uns über sechs gesunde und wunderschöne Welpen in rot/weiß und brindle/weiß. Wir hatten noch nie so einen großen Wurf, Holly und den Kleinen geht es ganz hervorragend. Außerdem gratulieren wir Fr. Vogt, Kennel INKA, zu fünf Welpen nach M. Gregory Isaacs (Sky)! Hurra! The I-litter is here! We are happy about six wunderful puppies in red/white and brindle/white. We have never had such a big litter, Holly and the puppies are doing very well. And we congrate Mrs. Vogt, Kennel INKA, to five puppies after M. Gregory Isaacs (Sky)!
	22. Dez. 2007 Echo ist jetzt "Papa Echo"! Heute Nacht wurde er Vater von 5 Töchtern, davon 4x brindle und 1x rot/weiß. Wir freuen uns sehr für Mirka mit Eliah. Echo is "Papa Echo" now! Last night he became father of 5 daughters, 4x brindle and 1x red/white. We are very pleased and happy for Mirka with Eliah.
	20. Dez. 2007 So eben erreicht uns die großartige Nachricht, dass Diva Welpen von Echo erwartet. Wir sind mehr als froh, dass unsere Reise nach Finnland erfolgreich war und freuen und sehr für Tiina und Katja. Echo's Nachwuchs bei Kennel Ekibondo in Tschechien läßt noch auf sich warten, wie rechnen aber am Wochenende mit der Geburt. Just this minute, we received the message, that Divais expecting puppies from Echo. We are more than glad, that our trip to Finland was successful and we are very happy for Tiina and Katja. Echo's offspring by Kennel Ekibondo in the Czech Republic lets wait further itself, but we expect the birth the coming weekend.

	18. Dez. 2007 Holly nimmt täglich an Gewicht und Bauchumfang zu. Normalerweise ist sie ein Bild von Eleganz, aber irgenwie kann man im Moment nicht mehr viel davon sehen, sie erinnert mehr an einen Wal mit zu kleinem Kopf. Aber sie fühlt sich wohl, das ist die Hauptsache. Holly is getting more and more weight and belly everyday. Usually is she a picture of elegance, but in the moment you really can see it, she is looks more like a walfish with a too small head. But she is doing well and this is the main thing.

	11. Dez. 2007 Desmond begrüßt sechs neue Enkelkinder in Schweden nach seinem Sohn Kingwanas Dinari in Kennel Miss Amazing's. Wazin Trix Axi brachte drei r/w Rüden, ein tri Rüde und zwei tri Hündinnen zur Welt. Desmond says Hello to six new grandkids in Sweden after his son Kingwanas Dinari in Kennel Miss Amazing's. Wazin Trix Axi gave birth three r/w males, one tri male and two tri females. Congrats to the breeder!
	10. Dez. 2007 Noch knapp drei Wochen bis zur Geburt unserer I-Welpis. Holly bekommt langsam die Form eines Kugelfisches, täglich nimmt sie an Gewicht und Bachumfang zu, aber sie fühlt sich wohl, frist gut und viel und macht jeden langen Spaziergang problemslos mit. Bei Jammin' können wir leider keine Veränderung sehen und wir sind uns sicher, dass sie dieses Mal leider keine Welpen hat. Schade......:-(, aber nicht zu ändern. About three weeks until he birth of our I-puppies. Holly is getting slowly the form of a globefish, every day she has more weight and a bigger belly, but she is doing well, eats a lot and makes all long walks without problems. By Jammin' we can see unfortunaly no changs and we are sure now, that she has unfortunaly no puppies this time. A pity......:-(, but we can't change it.
	01./02. Dez. 2007 Auf der Doppelausstellung in Wels (A), gewinnt Elton am Samstag die Championklasse und ist somit neuer Österreich Champion! Am Sonntag wird er bester Rüde (BOS). Herzlichen Glückwunsch zum Titel!! At the doubleshow in Wels (A), Elton won the Championklasse on Saturday and is now new Austria Champion! At Sunday he won best male (BOS). Hugh congrats to the new title!!
	30. Nov. 2007 Wir waren heute zur Ultraschall-Untersuchung. Wir können nun mit Sicherheit sagen, dass Holly trächtig ist, wieviele es werden kann man jetzt noch nicht sagen, da muss man bis zur Geburt warten. Bei Jammin' haben wir leider keine Fruchtblasen entdecken können. Aber wir werden die Untersuchung in einer Woche noch einmal wiederholen, vielleicht hat sich doch ein Welpi versteckt. We were for ultrasound today. We can be sure now, that Holly is pregnant, we can't yet say how many puppies it will be, here we have to wait until the birth. By Jammin' we have found unfortunaly no puppies. But we want to repeat the scan in one week, maybe one puppy was just hiding.

	24. Nov. 2007 Echo und ich haben heute einen Tagesausflug nach Helsinki unternommen. Echo war mehr als überrascht, aber hocherfreut, kurz nach unserer Ankunft, eine hübsche Basenjidame namens Diva (Ch Bulldobas La Scala) zu treffen. Er eroberte ihr Herz im Sturm und so hoffen wir nun auf Welpen in Kennel Bulldobas Ende Januar 2008. Echo and I have made a daytrip to Helsinki today. Echo was more than surprised, but chuffed, shortly after our arrival, to meet a pretty Basenjigirl called Diva (Ch Bulldobas La Scala). He took her heart by assault and so we hope for puppies in Kennel Bulldobas end of January 2008.

	12. Nov. 2007 Sky hat heute die Hündin Askari-Ajuna Nkosi yama Kosi aus Kennel Nkosi yama Kosi gedeckt. Die Welpen werden nun Mitte Januar 2008 erwartet. Sky has mated today the girl Askari-Ajuna Nkosi yama Kosi from Kennel Nkosi yama Kosi. We expect the puppies mid of January 2008.
	10./11. Nov. 2007 Während wir uns in der Fortbildungsakademie des VDH in Dortmund schulen ließen, wurde Elton auf der IRA Stuttgart bester der Rasse (BOB)! Am zweiten Tag auf der nationalen Show gewann er V2 mit R-VDH-Cha. Seine Nichte M. Hope Road 56 wurde einmal 2. und einmal 3. in der Jugendklasse, jeweils mit der Höchstformwertnote. Prima!!!! Aus Norwegen erreicht uns die Nachricht, das Desmond's Sohn Kingwanas Dodo Darzee auch auf seiner zweiten Ausstellung das CC und BOB gewinnen konnte! While we were at the education academy of the German Kennel Club in Dortmund, Elton was best of breed at the int. show in Stuttgart! The very next day at the nat. show, he won exc. 2, with R-VDH-Cha. His nice M. Hope Road 56 was 2nd and 3rd in youthclass, always with the highest grading. Great!!! From Norway we got the message, that Desmond's son Kingwanas Dodo Darzee won at his second show CC and BOB again!
	04. Nov. 2007 Ausstellung Metz (F), Richter: Chantal Mery (F): Echo wird Rassebester (BOB) und kam im Ehrenring noch ins Finale der besten 8 (von 30). M. Feel The Riddim wird beste Hündin. Beide haben somit ihr 3. CACIB gewonnen und stehen nun in der Warteschleife zum Int. Champion. Show in Metz (F), judge: Chantal Mery (F): Echo was best of breed (BOB) and came in the main ring into the final of the best 8 (from 30). M. Feel The Riddim was best female. Both won their 3. CACIB and are in the waiting periode for the Int. Champion now.
	01. Nov. 2007 Jammin' wurde von Gooses Burnt Ember gedeckt. Wir hoffen, dass es geklappt hat und wir um Neujahr 2008 Welpen erwarten dürfen. Jammin' was mated by Gooses Burnt Ember. We hope, that has happened and we that we are allowed to expect puppies around the New Years Day 2008.
	27. Okt. 2007 Wir erwarten Welpen um den 29. Dezember 2007! Holly wurde heute von Echo gedeckt. Und Sky deckte heute ebenfalls die Hündin Ch African Rainbow's Bahiya, aus Kennel INKA! We are expecting puppies around 29. December 2007! Holly was mated by Echo today. And Sky mated today as well the girl Ch African Rainbow's Bahiya from Kennel INKA!

	16. Okt. 2007 Jammin' ist seit gestern läufig und Holly seit heute! Jammin' is in season since yesterday and Holly since today!
	14. Okt. 2007 Bundessiegerschau in Dortmund, Richter: Josef Pohling (D) M. Gregory Isaacs (Sky) gewinnt erneut seine Klasse mitV1, VDH-Cha und CAC (Klub). Somit wurde Sky in Deutschland 2007 fünfmal in der Zwischenklasse ausgestellt und konnte allesamt für sich entscheiden! Echo bekommt V1, VDH-Cha, CAC (Klub) und R-CACIB in der Offenen Klasse und steht nun ebenfalls in der Warteschleife für den Deutschen Champion VDH und Klub. Aber die Überraschung des Tages war unser finnisches Mädel Sternhimmels Interludium (Alina)! Sie setze sich gegen die starke Konkurrenz in der Jugendklasse durch und wurde Bundesjugendsiegerin mit J-VDH-Cha und J-CAC (Klub)! Bilder folgen! German Winner Show in Dortmund, judge Josef Pohling (D) M. Gregory Isaacs (Sky) wins again his class with exc. 1, VDH-Cha and CAC (Klub). Sky was shown 5 times in Germany 2007 in the Interm. class and won all time! Echo gets exc. 1, VDH-Cha, CAC (Club) and R-CACIB in the open class and is now also the wating periode for the German Champion VDH and Club! But the biggest surprise was our Finnish girl Sternhimmels Interludium (Alina). Sie won against big competition in the youth class and became German Youth Winner with youth VDH-Cha and youth CAC (Club)! Photos later!
	13. Okt. 2007 Auf der Ausstellung in Charleroi (B), gewinnt M. Get Up Stand Up (Kara) R-CAC und R-CACIB. Elton's Sohn Abuluka's Eket wird bester Rüde mit CACIB und CAC. I-jah's Enkel Abuluka's Fuliru bekommt das Jugend BOB und wird noch 4. bester Jugendhund der Ausstellung. Zusammen mit Kara wird er noch 2. schönstes Paar der Show. Die Abuluka's Zuchtgruppe kommt sogar noch auf Platz 1! At the show in Charleroi (B), wins M. Get Up Stand Up (Kara) R-CAC and R-CACIB. Elton's son Abuluka's Eket becomes best male with CAC and CACIB. I-jah's grandson Abuluka's Fuliri gest the youth BOB and was later in the main ring BIS-4 youth. Together with Kara he was also 2. BIS brace. The Abuluka's breedersgroup was BIS-1!
	12. Okt. 2007 Nationale Ausstellung in Dortmund, Richter: Ole Staunskjaer (DK) M. Gregory Isaacs (Sky) bekommt V1, VDH-Cha und das BOB! Er steht somit in der Warteschleife für den Deutschen Champion VDH. Übrigens, im Mai 2006 Jahren gewann Holly, Sky's Mutter, bei diesem Richter auch BOB! National show in Dortmund, judge: Ole Staunskjaer (DK) M. Gregory Isaacs (Sky) gets exc. 1, CAC and BOB! He is now in the waiting periode for the German Champion VDH. By the way, in May 2006 won Holly, Sky's mother, by this judge also, the BOB!
	11. Okt. 2007 M. Haile Selassie hat heute M. Get Up Stand Up in Kennel Abuluka's (Belgien) gedeckt. Welpen werden um den 13. Dezember 2007 erwartet. Mehr unter Wurfplanung. M. 	08. Okt. 2007 Wir haben den sonnig warmen Herbsttag genutzt und sind mal wieder auf die Rennbahn gefahren. Jammin', Echo, Holly, I-tal, Reggae, Cocody, Desmond, Elton und Rudi konnten ausgiebige ihrer Rennlust frönen. I-jah war diesmal auch wieder dabei, natürlich aber nur als Zuschauer! Außerdem kam Desmond's Sohn Maly Ksiaze Next Germanika (Tiggy) zu besuch. Tiggy ist jetzt 14 Wochen alt und lebt zur Zeit in noch in Darmstadt, in 2009 wird er aber zusammen mit seiner Familie zurück nach Oklahoma (USA) gehen. Im Moment sieht Tiggy aus wie sein Oma Jammin', nur eben mit Streifen! Von Desmond haben wir auch mal wieder ein neues Foto gemacht und sind einmal mehr der Überzeugung gekommen: Wie der Vater so der Sohn! Aus den Niederlanden erreicht uns die Nachricht, dass der Vater unseres H-Wurfes "Tambuzi Jetset Jensen" heute NL Champion geworden ist, herzlichen Glückwunsch Marianne! We used the warm sunny day and drove again to the sight hound track. Jammin', Echo, Holly, I-tal, Reggae, Cocody, Desmond, Elton and Rudi had big fun. I-jah was also with us this time, but of course only as a spectator. Also Desmond's son Maly Ksiaze Next Germanika (Tiggy) came for a visit. He is now 14 weeks old an is living at this time still in Darmstadt, but in 2009 he is going back with his family to Oklahoma (USA). In the moment he looks like his grandmother Jammin', only with stripes! We took a new photo of Desmond and again we are convinced: Like the father, so the son! From the Netherlands we received the message, that the father of our H-Wurfes "Tambuzi Jetset Jensen" became NL Champion today! Hugh congrats Marianne!

	09. Sept. 2007 Ausstellung in Leipzig, Richter: Dr. Kazmierski (PL) Echo gewinnt das BOB und sein erstes CACIB!! Im Ehrening kommt er unter Richter Uwe Fischer noch unter die besten acht! M. Hope Road 56 bekommt V1 + J-CAC! Aus Finnland erreichte uns die Nachtricht, das M. Human Rights auf der Ausstellung in Porvoo, 2. bester Rüde geworden ist und somit sein erstes CC gewonnen hat! Super! Show in Leipzig, judge: Dr. Kazmierski (PL) Echo got the BOB and his first CACIB! In the main ring he came into the final eight, judged by Uwe Fischer! M. Hope Road 56 becomes exc 1 and J-CAC! From Finland we got the message, that M. Human Rights in PArvoo won 2. best male with his first CC! Super!
	03. Sept. 2007 Blutproben von Zungu, Jack, Sky, Elton, M. Get Up Stand Up, M. Festival of Ska und M. Haile Selassie sind zur Auswertung für den Fanconi Linked Marker Test nach USA unterwegs. Die Ergebnisse erwarten wir in ca. 3 Wochen. Bloodsamples of Zungu, Jack, Sky, Elton, M. Get Up Stand Up, M. Festival of Ska and M. Haile Selassie are on the way for the Fanconi testing in USA. We expect the results in about 3 weeks.

Haile Selassie bekommt V2 mit R-J-CAC (Klub) und M. Heart of A Lion V3, Schwesterchen M. Hope Road 56 erreicht ein V2 mit R-J.CAC. Die Championklasse-Rüden kann Elton mit V1 und CAC für sich verbuchen. V1 mit CAC in der Offene Klasse gewinnt I-jah's Enkel Ch Abuluka's Ditamba. M. Get Up Stand Up bekommt das V4 in der stark besetzten Zwischenklasse-Hündinnen. In Schweden gibt es für Desmond's Kinder wieder ein Doppelerfolg! Kenzo wird BOB und Schwester Faraoland Xtravaganza wird beste Hündin und bekommt ihr erstes CAC! At the 5th Basenji Specialty in Trechtingshausen, judge Siegfried Peter, won M. Herbs Man - at his first show - exc 1, youth-CAC and best young dog, brother M. Haile Selassie got exc 2 with R-J-CAC and M. Heart of a Lion exc 3, sister M. Hope Road 56 wins exc 2 with R-J-CAC. The championclasse males went to Elton with exc 1 and CAC. Also exc 1 and CAC went to I-jah's grandson Ch Abuluka's Ditamba. M. Get Up Stand Up got exc 4 is the big internm. class girls. Again douple success in for Desmond's kids in Sweden, Kenzo won BOB and sister Faraoland Xtravaganza was best female with her frist CAC!

Aus Schweden erreichte uns dann die Nachricht, das Desmond's Sohn Kenzo BOB und BOG-5 geworden ist! Elton wins his 3. CAC in Innsbruck (A) and needs now only one for the Austria Champion! From Sweden we heard, that Desmond's son Kenzo won BOB and BOG-5!

Außerdem freuen wir uns, dass unsere Zuchtplanungen für 2007 bestehen bleiben können. Weitere Ergebnisse folgen im September! We are happy to know now, that none of these Basenjis will ever develop Fanconi and that we have with the linked-marker test now the posibility to control our breeding with regard to avoid Fanconi. Moreover we are glad, that our breeding-plans for 2007 remains. More results will come later in September.

	21./22. Juli 2007 30 Jahre 1. Basenji Klub Deutschland - und wir waren dabei! Das Wetter am Samstag und Sonntag morgen meinte es wirklich nicht gut mit uns, aber nichts desto trotz hat sich das Mutabaruga-Team hervorragend präsentiert! Auf der Jubiläums-Ausstellung, Richter Pauline Varley (Jaswyn Basenjis) konnten wir folgende Erfolge für uns verbuchen: Bei den Rüden, vv2 für Jack in der Jüngstenklasse, V2 mit R-CAC in der Championklasse für Elton, V1 mit CAC in der Offenen Klasse für Echo. Bei den Hündinnen, BOS-Veteran für I-jah (trotz dicker Backe), M. Hope Road 56 bekommt viel verspr. 4 in der Jüngstenklasse, V4 für M. Feel The Riddim und V-Bewertung für M. Freedom Must Come in der Zwischenklasse, mit 13 Meldungen die größte Klasse des Tages! Iin der Championklasse bekam Holly V4 und M. Festival of Ska V2 mit R-CAC in der Offenen Klasse. Die Zuchtgruppe Mutabaruga kam dann noch auf den 2. Platz und die Nachzuchtgruppe von Jammin' sogar auf Platz 1. Im Juniorhandling wird Philipp Müller mit Jack Tagessieger! Am Sonntag hieß es Leinen los zum Rennen und wir können mit Stolz sagen, die schnellsten Basenjis zu haben! In der Offenen Klasse Rüden (2x 360m) rannte Elton mit einer grandiosen Zeit alle in Grund und Boden, gefolgt von Echo auf Platz 2. In der Offenen Klasse Hündinnen siegte souverän M. Feel The Riddim und Holly holte sich Platz 2. Bei den Senioren Hündinnen (2x 280m) gewann Jammin' (die Mutter der beiden Sieger)! Sieger der Senioren Klasse Rüden würde übrigens Ch Jangua G'Tsula, Elton's Vater! An dieser Stelle ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön an Renate und Bert von "Photo Roberto" für die tollen Bilder! Erneut ein Desmond Kind auf dem Weg zum Championtitel. Zusammen mit Abuluka's wurde sie noch 2. schönstes Paar der Ausstellung. 30 years German Basenji Club - and we were there! The weather was not really nice on Saturday and Sunday morning, but nevertheless the Mutabaruga-Team presented outstanding itself! At the anniversary show, judge Pauline Varley (Jaswyn Basenjis) we could book following results for us: Males, very promesing 2 for Jack in the puppyclass, exc 2 with R-CAC in the Championclass for Elton, exc 1 with CAC in the Openclass for Echo. Females, BOS-Veteran for I-jah (despite thick cheek), M., Hope Road 56 gets very prom. 4 in the puppy class, exc 4 for M. Feel The Riddim and grade exc for M. Freedom Must Come in the Interm. class, with 13 entries the biggest class of the day! Iin the Championclass got Holly exc 4 and in the Openclass exc 2 with R-CAC for M. Festival of Ska. Our breedinggroup was second placed and Jammin's progencygroup was placed first! On Sunday it was called lines loose for the run and we can say with pride, that we have the fastest Basenjis! In the Openclass males (2x 360m) Elton run with a magnificent time at place 1, follwed by Echo at place 2. In the Openclass females M. Feel The Riddim sovereign triumphed and Holly got place 2. Jammin' won the Seniorclass females (2x 280m), she is the mother of the two winner! By the way, winner of the Seniors males was Elton's father Ch Jangua G'Tsula! 	15. Juli 2007 Wir möchten Nora mit ganz herzlich zum Englischen Champion mit Ruben gratulieren! Desmond's Sohn gewann sein Titel mit Stil, denn er wude noch bester Basenji der Spezialausstellung der Northern Basenji Society. Unseres Wissens ist Ruben der erste Basenji, nicht in Gross-Britanien/Irland wohnend, der diesen Titel gewinnen konnte. In Schweden ist Bruder Kenzo ebenfalls wieder erfolgreich, er wird bester Rüde, BOB und BOG-3 wird Mutter Lucia im Alter von fast 10 Jahren! We want to congrate Nora heartly to Ruben's English Championtitle! Desmond's son won his title with style, he was also BISS at the Specialty of the Northern Basenji Society. Our knowledge after is Ruben the first Basenji, not living in UK/Ireland, who won this title. In Sweden brother Kenzo is successful again, winning best male, BOB and BOG-3 was mother Lucia with almost 10 years of age..

Juli 2007 Auf der Jubiläums-Spezialschau des Schwedischen Basenji Klubs war Desmond's Nachwuchs wieder ziemlich erfolgreich: Kingwanas Dinari wird bester Jugendhund, seine Schwester Kingwanas Duna O'Kande bester Jugendhündin, beide mit Championsquality, Bruder Kingwanas Damili bekam V2 und gewinnt die Wettbewerbe "bester Kopf", "beste Ohren" und "bestes s/w Fell". In der groß besetzten Offenen Klasse Hündinnen (17) bekommt Faraoland Xtravaganza V2 und Schwester Faraoland Xperience To SunTribe V5, beide ebenfalls mit Championquality, Bruder Kenzo bekommt V4 in der Championklasse und und gewinnt noch den Wettbewerb "bestes r/w Fell". At the jubilee-sepcial show of the swedish Basenji Club Desmond's offspring were rather successfully again: Kingwanas Dinari was best youthdog, his sister Kingwanas Duna O'Kande best youth-female, both with CQ, brother Kingwanas Damili got exc. 2 and won the competitions "best head", "best ears" and "best b/w coat". In the big openclass females (17) Faraoland Xtravaganza got exc. 2 and sister Faraoland Xperience To SunTribe exc. 5, both with CQ as well, brother Kenzo got exc. 4 in Championclass and won the competition "best r/w coat".

Juni 2007 Und eben erreicht uns die Nachricht aus Norwegen, dass Desmond's Kinder auch super Erfolg hatten, so gewann Kingwanas Dinari am Samstag sein erstes CC, BOB und BOG-2 am Sonntag sein zweites CC und BOS, Schwester Kingwanas Duna O'Kande bekommt ihr erstes CC am Sonntag, BOB und BOG-4. Die beiden sind knapp 12 Monate alt! Vielen Dank Liv! And just now we receive the news from Norway, that Desmond's kids had super success too, so won Kingwanas Dinari on Saturday his first CC, BOB and BIG-2 and his second CC and BOS on Sunday and sister Kingwanas Duna O'Kande got her first CC on Sunday with BOB and BIG-4. Sky gewinnt die Zwischenklasse Rüden ebenfalls mit CAC, Holly macht den ersten Platz in der Ehrenklasse und Naala (M. Feel The Riddim) bekommt V2 mit R-CAC in der Zwischenklasse Hündinnen. Houndshow Schöningen, judge: Siegfried Peter Echo's first show in Europe and immediately: exc. 1, CAC and BOB! Sky won the Interm. class males also with CAC, Holly made first place in honor class and Naala (M. Feel The Riddim) got exc. 2 with R-CAC in the Interm. class females.
	09./10. Juni 2007 Am Samstag hatten wir zum 2. Mutabaruga-Treffen geladen. Insgesamt kamen 15 Basenjis mit ihren Familien unserer Einladung nach und gegen viertel nach zwölf starteten wir zu einer 2 1/2 stündigen Wanderung durch den Binger Wald. Das Wetter hielt sich, trotz Donner blieb es trocken. Als alle wieder am Ausgangspunkt angekommen waren, gingen wir zum gemütlichen Teil über und stärkten uns erst mal. Danach gab es für die Neulinge ein kleines Ausstellungstraining und unermüdlich wurden Fotos geschossen. Es kam sogar wieder die Sonne raus und erst am nächsten Tag fuhren die letzten Gäste nach Hause. Während wir es uns gut gehen ließen, waren andere an der Ausstellungsfront tätig und das mit unglaulichem Erfolg! In Finnland auf der Spezialschau wurde Titus (M. Human Rights) bester Welpe (von 35!). Es war Titus erste Ausstellung überhaupt! Und Desmond's Sohn Ruben setzte sich gegen 46 Konkurrenten durch und wurde bester Rüde. In Schweden ging Bruder Kenzo an den Start und wurde BOB, somit auch schwedischer und dänischer Champion! Außerdem möchten wir ganz herzlich Helena Strömbert noch zum BIS-Veteran mit Mutter Ch Faraoland Lucia out of Africa gratulieren! Aus Belgien kam dann die Nachricht, dass M. Get Up Stand Up BOB in Lommel wurde und ihr erstes CAC gewonnen hat, I-jah's Enkel Abuluka's Cabedi wurde bester Rüde und neuer belg. Champion! Es war ein wunderschönes Wochenende und wir möchten uns bei allen die auf ihre Art dazu beigetragen haben ganz herzlich bedanken. Wir hoffen viele von Euch spätestens am 01. September 2007 zum Basenji Wochenende in Trechtingshausen wieder zu sehen. On Saturday we had invited to our 2nd Mutabaruga meeting. Alltogether 15 Basenjis with their families came to the meeting and a quarter past twelve we started for a 2 1/2 walk in the forest. The weather was o.k, although we had thunders. Than we had all lunch or cake and coffee and later we made for the beginners a small show-handling lesson and the sun came out again. First the next day, the latest visitore went home. During we had fun with, were others working at the show front with amazing success! In Finland at the Specialty, Titus (M. Human Rights) won BIS-puppy (35 puppies entered!). It has been Titus first show ever. Desmond's son Ruben won against 46 males and was BOS! In Sweden brother Kenzo went BOB and is now new Swedish and Danish Champion. Congrats to Helena Strömbert , who won BIS-Veteran with mother Ch Faraoland Lucia out of Africa. From Belgium came the news, that M. Get Up Stand Up won BOB in Lommel and her first CAC and I-jah's grandson Abuluka's was best male and is new Belg. Champion now. It was a wonderful weekend and we want to say thank you to all of you who made this days so unbelievable. We hope to see many of your again latest on September 1, 2007 at the Basenji-weekend in Trechtingshausen.

	03. Juni 2007 Auf der Spezialschau des norwegenischen Basenji-Klub gewinnen Desmond's Kinder Kingwanas Dinari und Kingswanas Duna O'Kande jeweils die Jugendklasse mit dem Prädikat Championqualität! Duna wurde außerdem bester s/w Basenji des Tages und Dinari 3. bester Rüde. At the Specialty of the norwegian Basenji-Club, Desmond's kids Kingwanas Dinari and Kingwanas Duna O'Kande won both the youthclass with championsqualtity. Duna was also best b/w Basenji of the day and Dinari 3rd best male.
	19. Mai 2007 I-jah's Enkel Ch Abuluka's Disanka wird BOB, neuer Belgischer und Inter. Champion auf der Ausstellung in Namur (B), M. Get Up Stand Up bekommt V1 in der Zwischenklasse. Glückwunsch! I-jah's grandson Ch Abuluka's Disanka went BOB, new Belgish and Inter. Champion at the Show in Namur (B). M. Get Up Stand Up got exc.1 in the Interm. class. Hugh concrats!
	13. Mai 2007 Ruben gewinnt auch am zweiten Tag in St. Gallen das BOB und kommt im Gruppenwettbewerb noch unter die besten fünf. Elton tut es ihm gleich und bekommt wieder das R-CACIB. Ruben wins also at the second day in St. Gallen the BOB and comes in the group competition under the best five. Elton does the same as well and won again the R-CACIB.
	12. Mai 2007 Desmond's Sohn Ruben wird BOB und BOG in St. Gallen! Elton gewinnt das R-CACIB und somit alle Bedingungen für den Int. Champion FCI erfüllt. Get Up Stand Up Jugend-BOB, in der Paarklasse mit Abuluka's Cabedi BIS-4 und in der Zuchtgruppe mit Abukula's Cabedi, Disanka und Ditamba BIS-2 wurde. WOW! From the show in Genk (B) we can report, that Elton's son Abuluka's Eket won R-CAC (appropriable), I-jah's grandkids Ch Abuluka's Ditamba BOB and BOG-4, Abuluka's Fuliru Best Baby in Show-3, M. März 2007 Kleines Mutabaruga + Freunde Treffen in Ochtendung Bei leider nicht ganz so tollem Wetter, mußten sich Zwei- und Vierbeiner im Haus vergnügen, Kaffee und Kuchen gabs genügend, alle fühlten sich wohl und die 8 Basenjis im Alter 12 Wochen bis 11 Jahren kamen alle prima miteinander zurecht. An diese Stelle noch mal vielen Dank an Andrea und Christoph für die Gastfreundschaft. Bilder gibt's später! Dinari kommt später sogar noch auf Platz 4 im Welpen-Gruppenwettbewerb. M. Get Up Stand Up gets exc. 1 in youthclass at the show in Wieze (B) and becomes together with the Abuluka's again BIS- breedinggroup! Im Ehrenring wird sie Abuluka's Zuchtgruppe BIS-3. Show in Rheinberg, judge Erwin Deutscher (A): Zungu wins the Interm.class with exc. 1 and CAC! Great Tamara, go on! In Hoogstraten (B) I-jah's grandson Abuluka's Ditamba went BOB, I-jah/Jammin's grandson Abuluka's Eket was BOB-youth and M. Get Up Stand Up became exc. 2 in youthclass. In the main ring the Abuluka's breeding group won BIS-3.
	23. - 25. Feb. 2007 Am Freitag bin ich mit Titus und Andrea nach Finnland geflogen. Titus benahm sich vorbildlich und alles ging ohne Probleme. Am Flughafen wurden wir schon von Hannele und Jack erwartet. Titus machen zum ersten Mal Bekanntschaft mit Schnee und was Winter heißt. Mit den beiden Geschwistern Jack und Saga hatte sich Titus schnell angefreundet, mit den Erwachsenen braucht es bekannterweise immer etwas länger. Am Abend machte er seinen ersten Schneespaziergang, er war nicht gerade begeistert, doch am Samstag morgen hatte er sich an das kalte weiße Zeug gewöhnt und lief tapfer, warm verpackt in einer Jacke mit. Mittags besuchten wir Jack's Vater Hugo, dem mein Mitbringsel ziemlich gut schmeckte. Wir hatten ein leckeres typisch finnisches (Lachs und Elch) Mittagessen. Am Abend waren mit Nora verabredet und ich freute sehr Desmond's Sohn Ruben wieder zu sehen. Es war schon fast unheimlich wie ähnlich er seinem Vater ist. Am Sonntag morgen hieß es Abschied nehmen von Titus, keine leichte Sache, wir hatten uns doch sehr an unser "Lakritzschneckchen" gewöhnt. Am Flughafen trafen wir uns dann mit Anneli und nahmen Alina (Sternhimmels Interludium) in Empfang, sie war ziemlich beeindruck und erst gar nicht so glücklich, aber schnell hatte sie Vertrauen zu uns und kuschelte sich auf meinen Arm. Jack dagegen war ziemlich selbstbewusst und neugierig stolzierte er umher. Wir trafen dann zwei Polizisten, die sogar Basenjis kannten und schnell fanden sich die beiden Basenjiwelpen auf dem Armen der unformierten Männer. Nun kam der große Abschied, da standen nun 4 Frauen mit 2 Basenjis und alle hatten die Tränen in den Augen, aber was muss muss.........., kurze Zeit später waren wir schon an Bord der Finnair Maschine. Alina nahm den Flug relativ gelassen, nur ab und zu musste ich sie etwas beruhigen. Jack dagegen war gar nicht glücklich in seine Flugtasche und unterhielt 2 Stunden lang die Fluggäste in den Reihen vor uns, Andrea hatte ihre liebe Mühe Jack zu beruhigen. Nach einigen heftigen Turbulenzen landeten wir gegen 10.00 Uhr endlich in Frankfurt und befreiten Jack und Alina gleich bei den Gepäckbändern. Rainer wartet schon auf uns und die Autofahrt verschliefen Alina und Jack erschöpft. Als wir ankamen regnete es in Strömen und wir beschlossen, dass Jack gleich weiter nach Ochtendung fährt um auch schnell seine neue Lebensgefährtin Ninja (M. Festival of Ska) kennen zu lernen. Alina nahmen wir dann erst mal mit rein, wo sie sogar schon etwas essen mochte. Fam. Krutwig kam dann 30 Minuten später und waren entzückt über ihr neues Familienmitglied, Alina war auch hier gleich zutraulich und trat eine Stunde später den letzten Abschied ihrer langen Reise an. Jack, auch Jackie Chan genannt, hat sich gleich gut mit Ninja verstanden und auch Titus hat sich bereits gut eingelebt, er muss sich schon Lachs und Rentier vom Tisch stibitzt haben! :-) An dieser Stelle noch mal vielen Dank Hannele, Andrea, Nora, Tia, Marita und Anneli für all Eure Hilfe, Vertrauen und Gastfreundschaft. On Friday I flew with Titus and Andrea to Finland. Titus behaved excellent and evertyhing went without problems. At the airport we were already awaited by Hannele and Jack. Titus had his first expierences with snow and and generally winter. With the littermates Jack and Saga he was quickly friend, with the adults it needs like known a little bit. In the evening he made his first snowwalk and he was not really enthused about, but on Saturday morning he had inured to the white stuff and moved brave, warm packed with a jacket, with. At noon we visited Jack's father Hugo , who really loved my gift. We had a typical finnish (elk and salamon) luscious lunch. At the evening we were appointed with Nora and I was very pleased to see Desmond's son Ruben again. On Sunday morning we must take a leave from Titus, not easy, we were really attune to our little "licorice snail". At the airport we met Anneli and received Alina (Sternhimmels Interludium), she was very impressed and at first not very happy, but soon she trusted us and snuggled up in my arms. Jack however was pretty self-confident and curious he strutted around. We met two policemen, who knew Basenjis and quick both Basenji puppies were on the uniformed men arms. Than we had so say good bye, there were standing 4 women with 2 Basenjis and all had tears in their eyes, but which must must.........., soon we were ready for boarding to the Finnair plane. Alina took the flight relativ shurg off, but Jack was not very happy in his flight-bag and entertained 2 hours the passengers in front of us. Andrea tried hard to keep Jack cool. After hard turbulences we arrived around 10.00 a.m. at Frakfurt airport and released Jack and Alina immediatly at the baggages bands. Rainer already awaited us and Alina and Jack overslept tried the complete car drive. As we arrived it rained terribly and we decided, that Jack drives on directly to Ochtendung to meet his new girl-friend Ninja (M. Festival of Ska). Alina we take at first with us into the house, where she already ate a little bit. The Krutwig family arrived 30 minutes later and were raptly abou their new family member, Alina was again trusting and one hour later she started her last part of her long jouney. Jack, also calles Jackie Chan, became quick good friend with Ninja and Titus settled down as well, he must have already stolen Salomon and Rendeer from the table! :-) At this point I want to say a big thank you to Hannele, Andrea, Nora, Tia, Marita and Anneli for al your help, trust and hospitality.

Außerdem möchten wir gerne Liv zum BOB, BOG-3 und CC mit Echo (Bulldobas Echo of Kenya) gratulieren. Gut gemacht! Doubleshow in Norway! Desmond's kids again successfully! Kingwana's Dinari becomes best puppy and puppy BOG-3 at both days, sister Kingwanas Duns O'Kande was BOS-puppy both days. And we want to congrate Liv to BOB, BOG-3 and CC with Echo (Bulldobas Echo of Kenya). Well done!

	28. Jan. 2007 Mit Stolz und Freunde können wir heute von Desmond's zweitem Championkind berichten. Ruben wurde heute in Turku (FIN) bester Rüde und somit neuer finnischer und dänischer Champion! With pride and joy we can report from Desmond's second Champion offspring today. Ruben became today best male in Turku (FIN) und is now new Finnish and Danish Champion!
	25. Jan. 2007 Unsere "grande dame" I-jah feiert heute ihren 11. Geburtstag! Sie hat super viel Spaß mit Titus und wird es nicht müde mit ihm durch's Haus zu toben. Today Our "grande dame" I-jah celebrates her 11th birthday! She has really a lot of fun with Titus and does not become it tiredly to rave with him through the house.

	20. Jan. 2007 Aus Norwegen erreicht uns die Nachricht, das Desmond's Sohn Kingwanas Dodo Darzee auf seiner ersten Ausstellung bester Welpe und puppy BOG-2 wurde! From Norway reachs us the news, that Desmond's son Kingwanas Dodo Darzee went best puppy and puppy BOG-2 at his first show ever.
	14. Jan. 2007 Alle H-Welpis bis auf Titus sind am Wochenende von ihren neuen Familien abgeholt worden, alle sind gut zu hause angekommen. Wir wünschen Ronny, Happy, Jakiro und Balu ein langes, gesundes und glückliches Basenjileben und ihren Besitzern weiterhin viel Spaß und Erfolg mit ihren Mutabaruga's. Titus sendet Grüße an seine Geschwister und lässt ausrichten, dass er unsere Mädels - und uns - mächtig auf Trapp hält! All H-puppies except Titus were pick up by their new families last weekend, alle arrived save at home. We wish Ronny, Happy, Jakiro and Balu a long, healthy and happy basenjilive and their owners furthermore a lot of fun and success with their Mutabaruga's. Titus sends greeting to his littermates and means that he makes thinks hum here - our girls and us!

Das Jahr beginnt mit sechs neuen Enkelkindern für Desmond, erneut in England, Kennel Embeau.

Unsere Welpen werden morgen schon 7 Wochen alt und alle entwickeln sich sehr gut. Heute hatten die Kleinen einen aufregenden Tag, sie fuhren gemeinsam mit Tante Naala (M. Feel The Riddim) zur Augenuntersuchung nach Wiesbaden.

The year starts with six new grandkids for Desmond, again in England, Kennel Embeau.

Our puppies are 7 weeks old tomorrow and all grow up very nice. Today the little ones had an exciting day, they drove together with aunty Naala (M. Feel The Riddim) for eyes-testing to Wiesbaden.
